ABOUT ETHAN LAZARUS
While not practicing full-time as a physician, Dr. Lazarus is a composer, arranger, orchestrator, producer, cellist and pianist. He took advantage of the COVID-19 pandemic to step back from the trials and tribulations of getting the kids and himself to all of the day-to-day activities, and during the slow-down, read books on music theory, took courses on composition, orchestration, and digital audio workstation production. TANGO SUITE
Dr. Lazarus arranged, orchestrated and performed his Tango Suite featuring the music of Astor Piazzolla orchestrated for electric cello and full orchestra. This suite was performed on February 14th, 2020 in Littleton, Colorado under the conductor Jurgen DeLemos and the Littleton Symphony Orchestra.
